DMCA Policy

At Terrace Place respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Site to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated Copyright Agent identified below.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content appearing on this Site infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification to our Copyright Agent containing the following information, as required by the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL(s) where the material is located on our Site.
  4. Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances, to disable and/or terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
